Mission



Justice for Emmanuel is a non-profit organization seeking to raise legal funds and create community awareness for mentally challenged individuals. On February 19, 2011, Emmanuel Okutuga was shot and killed by a Montgomery County police officer; Christopher Jordan. The Family of Emmanuel Okutuga would like to make sure this crime is not swept under the rug and prevent it from happening to any other family. The purpose of law is to provide an objective set of rules for governing conduct and maintaining order in a society. Through litigation, advocacy and public education; JFE Memorial fund Inc. seeks structural changes to eliminate disparities, and achieve racial justice in a society that fulfills the promise of equality for all Americans.
